Dr. Kirandeep Cheema earned her Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and completed her Doctorate at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She is dedicated to providing high-quality care through a multifaceted approach that promotes optimal function, wellness, and performance.

Dr. Cheema employs a comprehensive approach that combines chiropractic mobilization and manipulation, soft tissue therapy, strength and conditioning exercises, and patient education to achieve optimal results. She creates individualized programs tailored to each patient’s needs and health goals. Her additional training in acupuncture, massage therapy, cupping, and low-intensity laser therapy (LILT) enables her to address both acute and chronic conditions, treat repetitive stress and sports injuries, and restore joint and spinal motion using instruments such as the Activator tool and Arthrostim.

With experience treating a diverse population, Dr. Cheema emphasizes whole-body health to support recovery and prevent recurring injuries. Outside of practice, she enjoys running, hiking, spending time outdoors, and keeping up with her three young children.
